Nexura Labs Materials LLC sells laboratory equipment and related materials intended for professional, research, and laboratory use. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided for general information and may be updated without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you represent that the products are for lawful professional or research use.
3. Orders and acceptance.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. A confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel an order before fulfillment (for example, for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud), in which case no charge is retained.

5. Invoices and payment links.
For certain orders we issue an invoice with a secure payment link. The link is valid for a limited time stated in the invoice email; unpaid invoices may be automatically cancelled, and no charge is taken for cancelled orders.
6. Shipping.
We ship to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
7. All sales final / returns.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written policy, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will work with you on a replacement or other remedy at our discretion.
