Restrictions

- Do not use connected accounting data outside authorized procurement, reconciliation, and support workflows.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Third-Party Services
The service may integrate with third-party providers, including accounting platforms. Your use of those services is also governed by the applicable provider terms and privacy policies.

Product descriptions, safety information, pricing, and availability are provided for procurement planning and may change. Users remain responsible for reviewing official safety documentation and following applicable laboratory, regulatory, and institutional requirements.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nexura Labs Materials disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nexura Labs Materials will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this agreement, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service or disconnect integrations at any time.
